Symptom narrative

Anxiousness, nausea, flushed. Patient was prescribed Zofran 4 mg ODT and given oral Zofran, ice pack, juice and water in clinic. Patient and mother advised on signs and symptoms of anaphylaxis. Patient discharged home with mother.
