A patient (age and gender not provided) received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: PERIPHERAL ARTERY OCCLUSION (medically significant), HYPOAESTHESIA (non-serious), outcome "not recovered" and all described as "I have blockage in my right foot, it is going numb"; COCCIDIOIDOMYCOSIS (non-serious), outcome "not recovered", described as "coccidiomycosis". Clinical course: Consumer stated, Your medications or your poison, because patient was still suffering from the shot.
