An elderly female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2 NOS), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown), in arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history was not reported. The patient took concomitant medications. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant) all with onset 2023, outcome "unknown" and all described as "Covid/had Covid once before this time, but has always done the Pfizer COVID shots". The patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: SARS-CoV-2 test: Positive. Additional information: The reporter on the other line who stated they take the Pfizer shots and was calling in because caller has Covid now. Caller did not said what Pfizer shot, just said caller gets the Pfizer shots and does not typically get Covid. Caller has had Covid once before this time, but has always done the Pfizer COVID shots. Confirmed had the Pfizer COVID shot prior to having Covid the first time. Not sure when Covid first came out, thinks was in 2023 when caller had Covid the first time. Not sure. The patient thought was in 2023 when caller had Covid this first time. This time when caller got Covid started like two days ago and is ongoing, getting worse. The patient not known COVID shot, NDCs, lots, expiries, Unknown for all doses. Unknown how many doses caller has had of the Pfizer COVID shot or of any dates. Just had regularly ever since available. Concomitant products: No, on regular medications, but doesn't know if relevant. No additional information provided by caller. Caller is going to go get prescription, should be good.
