flu shot was 9/15/2025, muscle leaks, mild weakness on October 11, over next two weeks, this progressed, with additional systemic systems in peripheral symptoms. On November 10 reached out to PCP., appointment two days later after severity of symptoms, requiring hospitalization infusions. Again discharged and three weeks later admitted again for additional infusions follow up with neurology. Explain it most likely diagnosis is related to flu shot and AIDP/Guillen Barre, after all extensive testing came back and labs and symptoms and treatment most consistent with AIDP.
