Symptom narrative

Patient started to feel unwell after the vaccination, endorsing seeing stars, turning red in the face, and saying "something felt wrong". One dose of Epi-Pen was administered, and patient began to feel better upon administration. Patient was advised to wait 20 minutes in the counseling area to see if any symptoms returned. After about 20-30 minutes patient endorsed feeling unwell again, stating they didn't feel okay to walk and felt stomach upset. A second dose of an Epi-Pen was administered, and 911 was called. Paramedics came and took the patient.
