Symptom narrative

Extreme pain, at peak about 8 on a 10 scale. Worst pain lasted 6-7 hours, with duration overall about 15 hours. At peak for several hours the pain was so severe I could not function using my right arm. Pain relief was inadequate after 4 doses of 50 mg Tramadol.
