Symptom narrative

I began to have tingling in my arm shortly after the injection. It happens six or eight times a day. The tingling runs down my bicep and into my forearm. I thought it would go away in a couple of days, but it has persisted for four months.

Current illness

None

Medical history

moderately high cholesterol, cold (exercise) induced asthma

Other medications

rosuvastatin 5 mg tablet, ZyrTEC 10 mg tablet

Allergies

Numerous environmental allergies, including cats and oak tree pollen

Lab data

I had an x-ray of my shoulder and ultrasound which showed nothing out of the ordinary. The next step may be a neurology consultation.
