01/03/2026: She received the IMZ at 11:34. By 11:35, she began to not feel good. She claimed she was nauseas and wanted to lie down. She then passed out completely, defecated, and drooling at the mouth. She was helped down to the ground. I told my Pharmacy Technician to call 911 and to keep watch while I got help from a manager in the store. After 10 minutes, EMS arrived. She had a blood pressure of 129/72, a heart rate of 74, and oxygen 100% on room air. She told EMS that she was afraid of needles and had done this before. She was able to tell EMS her name, DOB, situation, and location. Her husband and the patient explained that this has happened with previous vaccinations. After 15 minutes, she left pharmacy area with assistance of EMS and a pharmacy technician. She was taken to her personal vehicle to be taken home. She denied wanting to go to the hospital. EMS said to call if she felt like she needed to go to the ER later. EMS told her to take her Zofran and lie down once she got home.
