Symptom narrative

Patient stated that he received the flu vaccine in December and afterwards has had pain in the arm. Pain started at the injection site at first. Now pain has traveled from injection site in the left deltoid area, down the arm , up to the forearm area. Patient has placed ice and has taken ibuprofen , but this only provides temporary pain relief. Due to the holidays and it being the first of the Year, patient stated he will see his primary care physician now very soon for follow up on the pain in the arm.
