Symptom narrative

Patient woke up next morning having swelling and redness. Symptoms progessed continually unitl she went to ER 3 days later. Er diagnosed as welling and cellulitis and gave patient tylenol. Patient was sent with a prescription of cephalexin for home administration.

Diabetes, hypertension, blood thinner for cardiac arrest 2022

Other medications

humalog, alprazolam, Eliquis, rosuvastatin, lisinopril

Lab data

Patient was seen in ER saturday 1/3/2026. Labs completed c reactive protein, cbc with diff, cmpl. image testing doppler venous dvt for upper right extremity. No blood clots seen on doppler
