patient fainted for about 4-7 seconds after immunization received , we lay patient on the ground and elevated legs, provided proper ventilation. blood pressure checked and observed patient for 30 minutes , patient declined calling 911 . patient was completly alerte by the time of release
picked up amoxicillin oral suspension in 11/01/2025 for potential ear infection didn't end up taking it
may have asthma but no definite diagnosis, so they have inhalers just in case
