Symptom narrative

Symptoms began on day 2 after Covid-19 vaccination. Persistent, unilateral right- sided pain radiating from the buttock down to the foot. Pain quality is burning, consistent; no rash, no skin lesions and no significant tactile allodynia, no response to NSAIDs and no improvement with valacyclovir.
