Symptom narrative

Patient reports that 3 weeks later she is still mostly unable to move her left arm. Her arm is in constant pain where it feels like she has a charlie horse in her arm all day with intermittent sharp pains that shoot from her shoulder down to her finger-tips. She has not visited her primary care physician yet, but I did recommend that she see him to try to get a diagnosis of what happened during the vaccine. The pain started within 10 to 15 minutes and got worse within 30 to 45 minutes after getting the vaccine and has not gotten any better since.
