Symptom narrative

About 10 minutes after vaccine, the patient started feeling unwell and fainted. The parents caught her and laid her down. She was diaphoretic, vomited several times, pale and her blood pressure was low. EMT was called to evaluate out of precaution. Parents declined transport to medical facility.
