Symptom narrative

I had no prior history of pain/discomfort after flu shots. I had the high dose flu shot at the pharmacy on 10/22/2025 at approx. 12:00 noon. Within two hours the shot site was quite painful. The pain persisted with no relief from icing and OTC meds. I was seen by orthopoedic surgeon Dr. on 11/17/2025. Dr. injected the shoulder and gave me a Rx for physical therapy. I commenced physical therapy at Physical Therapy on 12/10/2025 and I am continuing with in-office and at-home physical therapy to the present date, 2-1/2 months after the injection.
