feel itching on hands after the back rash was cleared.; Severe full back rash; Initial information received on 24-Dec-2025 regarding an unsolicited valid non-serious courtesy case received from a other health professional. This case involves a 79 years old male patient who had severe full back rash and feel itching on hands after the back rash was cleared after receiving Tozinameran [Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine] and influenza USP TRIVAL A-B high dose subvirion vaccine [Fluzone High Dose]. The patient's past medical history, medical treatment(s), vaccination(s) and family history were not provided. On 11-Oct-2024, the patient received an unknown dose of Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine not produced by Sanofi Pasteur (formulation, strength, expiry date and lot number not reported) via unknown route in unknown administration site and received an unknown dose of influenza USP TRIVAL A-B high dose subvirion vaccine Suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (strength, expiry date and lot number not reported) via unknown route in unknown administration site. Information on the batch number could not be requested corresponding to the one at time of event occurrence. On 08-Nov-2024 the patient had severe full back rash (rash) (latency- 28 days). On an unknown date the patient feel itching on hands after the back rash was cleared (pruritus) (unknown latency).
