on 12 28 25 Patient had numbness in his feet and hands while his wife was taking him to the ER [withheld facility name and city], patient (also goes by "redacted") fell straight down in the doorway. He was barely able to get up and in the ER he was diagnosed with guillain barre syndrome and was transferred by ambulance to higher level of care [withheld name of facility, city, state]. His symptoms progressed to numbness up his legs and arms up to his nipples he could not blink his left eye he developed atrial fibrillation developed metallic taste in his mouth for several days He was fiagnosed with guillain barree syndrome at Medical Center.
