Symptom narrative

After receiving flu vaccine he immediately leaned to the side and appeared to have loss of consciousness. He seemed pale and warm to touch. He was spitting up a little bit and complained of dizziness and "head hurts" when asked. Paramedics came and assessed him - his vitals were normal.
