Symptom narrative

Starting the evening of 12/15/2025, patient started experiencing loose, bloody stools. Blood in stool resolved within 24 hours, stool culture and ova and parasite stool test was tested on specimens and results were negative. Diarrhea lingered and on 12/30/2025 she again started having blood and mucus in stools.
