patient says about a day later arm swollen up and red/tender around injection site. didn't itch or anything but hurt and woke her up. advised to monitor closely. patient denied any purulence, etc and advised her to follow-up with rheumo/pain specialist. also advised to alternate ice/heat and get it active to help prevent fluid accumulation, etc

chronic pain patient managed by pain specialist, insomnia, essential primary HTN
