No additional AE/No PQC; Medical Assistant reported administration of improperly stored vaccines to multiple patients beginning on 10/2/2025; This spontaneous report was received from other health professional concerning a 4-months-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's pertinent medical history, past drug reactions or allergies, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not provided. On 18-OCT-2025, the patient was vaccinated with an improper storage dose of Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent (ROTATEQ), (lot #2117047, expiration date: 18-May-2026) 0.5 mL, administered orally as prophylaxis. It was reported that the vaccine was improperly stored before administration (Product storage error). However, no adverse events were reported. This is one of multiple cases received from the same reporter (cross-referenced with case# 2346588)
