Patient received two vaccines earlier today. The flu shot and covid shot. Following the administration of the second vaccine, covid, patient turned pail and fainted. Imz technician, yelled out for help. [redacted] went into counseling room first, then called me to come in as she could not get patient to wake up. I came into room and rubbed patient chest, asked loudly if he was alright, there was no response, I yelled to call 911, patient was leaning against chair and head was slouched. At this time patient's body stiffened and became rigid. I asked Imz technician to hold on to his right arm, I was holding onto his left arm, head and shoulder. At this time patient's body started seizing, it became stiff and rigid, his head hit the wall before I could hold onto him tighter to prevent further head impact or injury. This went on for about 30 sec. When he stopped seizing we placed him on the ground with head elevated in case it happened again and in case we needed to move him onto his side. Once flat on ground, patient started coming around and it took a few minutes before he could answer and follow me. 911 stated not to give anything to drink until they arrived, patient was feeling naseous and vomited multiple times before EMS arrived. Once EM arrived they took over, patient was advised to go to emergency room but he refused.
