Patient states she is still experiencing shortness of breath and wheezing. She had tachycardia and local erythema for 10 days each. She states the erythema spread as a "mild wheel" lower onto her arm by elbow. She experienced weakness, syncope/orthostasis. She states she went to pulmonologist and primary care provider for routine visits, and both doctors stated that the rash appeared to be an allergic reaction. She compared to her other arm that had no reaction when administered the flu vaccine. She states that she also experienced all of the side effects listed on the Vaccine Information Sheet.
