Symptom narrative

Patient noticed numbness on left arm where the vaccines were given. On day 3 post vaccination, patient has itchiness, lumps (bumps), redness, and pain. Feels like it is spreading and not getting better. Hot to the touch. Patient reported on day 7 of post vaccination. Patient does have regular appointment with doctor on Monday Jan 12th and will bring it up to her doctor if side effects. Recommended patient to place ice on it, take benadryl, and ibuprofen if pain continues.
