Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Additional Details: Pt said that about an hour after the vaccine his arm started feeling sore and it has remained very sore since then. He said that his arm is sore enough that it hurts to move it. He said that he could have full range of motion, but it is so sore that he does not want to use the full range. We discussed that pain at the injection site can be normal, but that it is unual for the pain to last this long and I recommended that he see his PCP for evaluation.
