Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Additional Details: Patient fainted after walking towards pharmacy entrance/exit. Caregiver caught patient before falling. Pharmacist was brought over to the scene. Patient given water & snack, ice pack. Patient sat for a few minutes. Was able to stand up & walk to car. No other significant reports have been provided by caregiver at this time. EMS not necessary for event as it was non-life threatening & caregiver indicated not necessary.
