Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: hernia-Mild, Additional Details: Patient called his insurance, to complain about getting shot saying it caused his recent dr visit and hernia. i was on a three way call and told him he elected to get shot and filled and signed paperwork for shot on 12/23/25 .I told him i would forward his compalint to corporate. i really couldnt make out all details because he was hollering on phone and saying the same thing over and over.
