Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Systemic: Joint Pain-Severe, Additional Details: Patient describes as shoulder injury. She indicated immunization was administered too far back and too high in the arm. Initially she indicated 2 vaccines were given in the right arm (injured arm) but patient only received one vaccine in the right arm with 2 vaccines in the left arm (no injury indicated in left arm). She was provided with anti-inflammatory prescriptions upon visiting the urgent care.
