Systemic: Symptoms were subjective and consistent with panic and emotional distress . Had Novavax last year no allergic reaction. Patient refused we call EMS and was offered more than once and said he was going home.-Mild, Additional Details: Patient had symptoms of a panic attack after a online search reading he can have an allergic reaction from Polysobate. He did not exhibit any objective or visible signs of an allergic reaction including but not limited to No rush,hives or flushing, No facial,lip or tongue swelling No respiratory distress,wheezing or shortness of breath,No hypotension, syncope or vomiting.Vital signs were not clinically indicated at the time due to the absence of symptoms consistent wuth an allergic reaction.
