Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Systemic: Body Aches Generalized-Severe, Systemic: Joint Pain-Severe, Systemic: Numbness (specify: facial area, extremities)-Severe, Systemic: Visual Changes/Disturbances-Severe, Additional Details: patient reported pain initially while recieving vaccine,moments later was unable to raise her left arm due to the pain,she applied ice to the arm to help with the soreness but did not help.Patient reported that later that day and weeks to come that her body started to experience numbness, starting from her legs then moving up her body to her arms and head.
