Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Additional Details: After shot was given, PT bleed at the injection site. Immunizer was able to get the bleeding to stop and apply a bandaid. Pt seemed fine and upon standing up she said she felt dizzy and thought she was going to pass out. Immunizer gave PT an ice pack to place on the back of her neck, PT's mother bought her a bottle of water, and Immunizer gave PT a benadryl. PT sat for about 20 min, and said she felt well enough to leave with her mother.
