Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Mild, Additional Details: Patient said has history of fainting from some shots. Friend was with her and helped her to recover. Patient planned to get covid and flu but only got covid since they fainted temporarily.
