Systemic: Chills-Mild, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Medium, Systemic: Hypotension-Mild, Systemic: Shakiness-Medium, Systemic: Tingling (specify: facial area, extemities)-Mild, Systemic: Weakness-Mild, Additional Details: Patient warned immunizer that she often feels lightheaded and dizzy after a vaccine. After receiving the flu immunization, patient became pale, sweaty, dizzy. Immunizer and pharmacist gave patient water and sugar (candy cane) upon request and a cold pack. Patient was then moved to the floor and feet elevated where she remained while she was monitored. Caregiver came to pick up patient and she left the store on her own
