Symptom narrative

As described by Maternal Grandmother: Red splotchy rash appeared on cheeks 2 days after vaccine; splotchiness spread to neck; no fever; no cough; no runny nose; no nausea/vomiting/diarrhea; then low grade fever appeared (99.2-99.5 deg. F); OTC Claritin and Tylenol administered; rash spread to trunk and arms; rash not raised/warm/tender nor did it have well defined edges; Low grade fever and rash persisted until Saturday 1/3/2026. No other symptoms ever appeared besides rash and low-grade fever.
