Symptom narrative

Came in for Gardasil and Varicella vaccines. Given HPV first in the left deltoid. Pt said it really hurt. Shortly afterward she said she "felt weird" but didn't specify if it was dizziness, nausea or otherwise. She then became pale and passed out/syncopal episode. Her BP was 76/56, HR 48. O2 sat 99% RA. Physician came in to assess pt. and ambulance was called. Pt able to answer questions appropriately and comply with breathing instructions. About 15 min later she was feeling better. BP recheck was 82/44, HR 70, Oz sat 100%. Skin color improved. Stated she felt better and declined to go to the hospital.
