Symptom narrative

On 1/1/2026 around noon, parent noted small red spot on chest and by bedtime patient had red rash to chest and abdomen. By morning, patient presented with diffuse red dots involving, chest, legs, and arms. Skin was warm to touch. No fever, lethargy, poor feeding, vomiting, diarrhea, respiratory distress, facial/lip swelling or signs of pain. Patient was acting well with normal feeding and normal voiding patterns. Patient was started in Cetirizine 1 mg/mL, admin 2.5 mL daily for 3 days to symptomatic relief of rash and inflammation.
