Symptom narrative

Mom called at 2PM on 12/23, the day after receiving the vaccinations listed above. Mom stated that his L arm was swollen, red and hot. Mom sent us photos through our patient portal. At the time, we suggested ibuprofen and cool compress. Mom gave ibuprofen last night and that morning, applied cold compress, but nothing was helping. The next day, we advised zyrtec to be added for any itchiness. On 12/30, patient was seen in the office with a hive-like rash to his thighs, top left foot and hands. Nothing new in routine except for vaccines.
