Symptom narrative

Developed full body maculopapular morbilloform rash 5 days after vaccine given. no fever, URI symptoms. no change in activity and she was well-appearing. she also had pharyngeal erythema.

Current illness

treated for left AOM 12/8 with amoxicillin- medication completed prior to vaccine administration.

Medical history

Atrial septal defect; history of SVT now resolved
