A 53-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (COMIRNATY), on 16Apr2021 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 48 years for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "b12 deficiency", start date: 1997 (unspecified if ongoing); "dizzy vertigo", start date: 1997 (unspecified if ongoing), notes: had this kind of dizzy vertigo is when she had a b12 deficiency years ago back in 1997. The patient took concomitant medications. The following information was reported: PAIN (non-serious), outcome "recovered", described as "Deep pain everywhere"; ABNORMAL UTERINE BLEEDING (non-serious), outcome "recovered", described as "abnormal uterine bleeding/weird period bleeding".
