An 88-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received BNT162b2 (COVID-19 VACCINE NOS MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation; dupilumab (DUPIXENT), since Feb2025 (ongoing) at 300 mg (300 mg, qow (single dose pre-filled pen)), subcutaneous for pemphigoid. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: BACK PAIN (non-serious) with onset Feb2025, outcome "not recovered", described as "has lower back pain and stated that it is getting worse over time/she is having very bad back pain since starting dupixent"; ARTHRALGIA (non-serious) with onset Mar2025, outcome "not recovered", described as "bad hip pain that does not improve"; FATIGUE (non-serious) with onset 2025, outcome "unknown", described as "feeling wiped out after having covid injection"; PYREXIA (non-serious) with onset 2025, outcome "unknown", described as "having fever". The action taken for dupilumab was dosage not changed. Additional information: Patient reported that she has lower back pain and stated that it is getting worse over time.
