COVID; COVID; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP. A 49-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (COMIRNATY), on 26Nov2021 as dose 3 (booster), single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 49 years for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "b12 deficiency", start date: 1997 (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: pfizer biontech COVID-19 vaccine (DOSE 1, SINGLE), administration date: 16Apr2021, when the patient was 48-year-old, for COVID-19 vaccination, reaction(s): "deep pain everywhere", "weird period bleeding"; pfizer biontech COVID-19 vaccine (DOSE 2, SINGLE), administration date: 07May2021, when the patient was 48-year-old, for COVID-19 vaccination. The following information was reported: VACCINATION FAILURE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant) all with onset Jul2025, latency 3 days after the suspect product(s) administration, outcome "recovered" and all described as "COVID". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of vaccination failure, covid-19. Clinical information: It was reported that the patient has had the Pfizer COVID vaccine four times. The first three Pfizer COVID vaccines were when it first came out. When she had the first dose of the covid vaccine, her side effect lasted 7 days, side effects were clarified as deep pain everywhere and also had weird period bleeding. The patient has only had COVID once and this was in July 2025. She had COVID for two weeks. She took Paxlovid and it suppressed symptoms but then she had a rebound covid case after.
