A patient (age and gender not provided) received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), on 11Nov2025 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Covid-19 vaccine (Primary immunization series complete), for COVID-19 Immunization. The following information was reported: NEUROPATHY PERIPHERAL (medically significant) with onset 15Nov2025, outcome "not recovered", described as "symptoms of neuropathy/burning and tingling sensations". The events "symptoms of neuropathy/burning and tingling sensations" required physician office visit. Clinical course: The patient received the Covid vaccine booster on 11Nov2025 and has had symptoms of neuropathy since 15Nov2025.
