Patient called the clinic on 1/6 stating that in the evening of 1/5 (the day of vaccination) she began having extreme pain in the right arm and asked for recommendations on what medication to take for pain. Patient was advised to take Tylenol as needed. On 1/7 the patient called again complaining of continued pain with Tylenol administration, numbness and tingling to right arm, side of face, and eye, and a "3 inch" mass on the right arm. Patient advised to be seen in the Emergency Department due to symptoms by Nurse Practitioner.
