Symptom narrative

arm- swelling immediately following vaccination, painful by next day 12/17/25 with limited range of motion without discomfort. neck pain, facial swelling including earlobe progressed over the next week. patient visited neighborhood ER to be seen 12/28 with those complaints and was prescribed medication for the nerve pain.
