Symptom narrative

Patient stated he had soreness at time of vaccine injection (12/24/25) and became painful for three days. Patient took Advil, recommended by friends who were doctors, and pain subsided. But pain returned a week later (1/2/26). Patient stated he was unable to raise left arm, and it felt like "blunt force trauma." He denied any redness, swelling, fever or bruising of the left arm.
