Symptom narrative

Numbness started in L arm within minutes. It moved to her neck and R arm. Patient's neck was swollen to the point it was as wide as her head. She developed a knot on her left shoulder that was over 5 inches in diameter. She said her lymph nodes were swollen and hurt.
