Symptom narrative

I got extremely tired and had chills. I slept for several hours and went to bed about 6. Woke up around 11:30 with chills. Fell out of the bed around 5:30 next morning. Had pain in knees from the fall. I fall more frequently since the vaccine. I follow up with my doctor in 2 weeks.
