Symptom narrative

Patient reports pain at the site, right deltoid, began about 1-2 hours after vaccines were administered. Patient reports she also shortly after started to have chills and very warm to touch all over. No temperature measured at home. Patient was brought in by MOC to clinic for evaluation and no redness or swelling at injection site that patient reports pain in is visualized. Right Arm. Patient did have fever of 101.7 at time of visit 01/07/2026 2:30pm. Trumenba and IPV were the two immunizations administered to right arm.
