no AE; temperature excursion/ administered 10/23/2025; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and refers to a 12-year-old male patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant vaccines included Meningococcal vaccine and with TDAP vaccine (Diphtheria vaccine toxoid; Pertussis vaccine acellular; Tetanus vaccine toxoid). On 23-Oct-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL9) suspension for injection (lot #Y015179, expiration date: 28-Jan-2027), dose number 1, administered by intramuscular route in the left deltoid as prophylaxis. The suspect vaccine was administered after being improperly stored (Product storage error): multiple excursions between 02-Sep-2025 and 31-Oct-2025, with a cumulative maximum temperature of 8.9 C for a cumulative total of 44 minutes.
