low grade fever; coughing; couldn't sleep; she has lost about 11 or 12 lbs; tight chest; This spontaneous report was received from a/an Consumer or other non health professional and refers to a(n) 80-year-old female patient. The patient's medical history included pancreatic cancer. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. She has had the Pneumonia vaccine in the past and was fine, has never gotten sick from any vaccine. On 04-Dec-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine Injection (CAPVAXIVE) (INJ 168 mcg/ml) (lot # and expiration date were not reported) for Prophylaxis. On the same day, the patient also was vaccinated with Tdap (Diphtheria vaccine toxoid; Pertussis vaccine acellular; Tetanus vaccine toxoid) (lot # and expiration date were not reported) for Prophylaxis. On 04-Dec-2025, ever since, she has had a tight chest (Chest discomfort), and she ran a low-grade fever (Pyrexia) and was coughing, couldn't sleep, and had to sit up to sleep (Sleep disorder). She also mentioned that she has lost about 11 or 12 lbs (Weight decreased). She went to urgent care and was given a Z-pack and an inhaler. She explained she is a 10 yr pancreatic cancer survivor and knew something was not right. At the reporting time, the outcome of all events was unknown. The action taken with both suspect vaccines were not applicable. The causal relationship between all events and both suspect vaccines was unknown.
